Description
The path of the gods is an experience that leaves you breathless, it offers a glimpse of one of the most suggestive and famous sky-lines in the world. This route amazes for the coastal landscape where the ridge of the Lattari mountains slides and sinks into the blue sea towards the island of Capri. This incredible itinerary tells thousands of years of history, and is still alive in the souls of the people who live there. The long walk starts from Agerola on the Amalfi Coast, 650 meters above sea level, crosses Nocelle, and continues towards the ancient route of the Hellenic colonists up to Positano. Halfway along the path we will have the opportunity to meet Antonio, “the Shepherd of the Gods”, and to taste his fantastic ricotta cheese and other km0 products and with a little luck learn the art of milking.
