Vignadonica

Vignadonica Resort takes its name from the place where it is located, but what induced us to choose it is its peculiarity, because it reminds us of that ancient, mystic world of divinity and tradition, to be exact of Dionysus, Greek god of life force, wine and mystic delirium, a complex divinity. The religion of Dionysus had hidden meanings and was connected to the fertility of the earth. From grapes was obtained the first fermented beverage that the god had made known to men.

In Roman times, and since the second century before our era, the Mysteries of Dionysus, penetrated in Italy, where they found an elected land among the people of the central-southern regions of the peninsula, in fact this hill in the past was rich in vineyards…
